13.5 Grape:100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica

A slightly late harvest with long maceration (20 days) aged in large barrels, unfiltered. Aged 6 months in bottle.  A rich deep yellow colour announces the giddy mixture of pronounced aromas typical of this grape, giving out a scent of white flowers, honey and marzipan which would presage a sweet wine.  But this is quite dry, despite the late harvest.
