Il Conventino, Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG 2004 - Tuscany

13.5° Grape: 85% Prugnolo gentile (Sangiovese grosso), Mammolo, Canaiolo and Grechetto

Aged in oak casks and a small part in barrique, but mostly large barrels of 50 hl. This is one of the finest wines Italy produces from this remarkable organic estate. Rich and bubbling with fruit. Good acidic contrast.
