12° Grape:50 % Grieco, 50% Cerreto

The only white in this stable, it is treated like a red; long maceration on the skin gives is a dense, golden colour, with broom, white peach, khaki and a great whiff of yeasty toast bequeathed by developing on its lees with frequent batonnage. It is a blend, but from a Cru. Tradition, in this part of Italy, has it that it was customary to grow different varieties of grapes in the same vineyard. Temperature control is made unnecessary as the estate has a partly underground tuff cellar maintaining a cool interior and high humidity.
