14.5° Grape: Aglianico 70%, Piedirosso 30%

Unlike the others, this wine spends 18 months in small oak barrels after its lengthy batonnage. Like all the wines in this estate production methods follow the biodynamic approach. Intense aromas of black cherry and red berries give way to vegetal and herby notes of wet bark and moss. Very drinkable with a surprising, bouncy freshness.
