14° Grape: 100% Cilento Aglianico

A single vineyard wine from this small family estate starts with 20 days maceration then ages 7 months in steel tanks, keeping all its luscious, southern fruit intact. Fresh and daring, with a promise of depth to come. This dense, jammy grape lends itself to ageing, which in this case is almost a pity, it is so very good and moreish un-oaked. Agliancio is considered the Barolo of the South (only sunnier!).
