Casebianche Dellemore, Rosso Cilento DOP 2012

14° Grape: 30% Aglianico, 40% Barbera,� 30% Piedirosso e Primitivo

Mostly using grapes from their 1955 vineyard, this wine is an intense red colour with purple overtones. Crunchy red fruit and spring flowers characterise its aroma, while blackberry, red cherry and pomegranate are evident on the tongue, with whiffs of violets and orange flowers are sustained by good acidity and notable body. Ripples of taste expand to complete this expansive southern wine. Full fermentation, fined 6 months on its lees. 3000 bottles produced.
