Produced 100% from this local vine traceable to the middle ages. Straw-yellow with green highlights, intense floral aromatic notes, full and structured with prominent minerality and sapidity, and an elegant bouquet of sage and camomile. This is a dry, mineral, structured wine. It was fined for 120 days on its lees using battonage. Suitable for ageing.

The Sangiovanni estate is organic in the cellar as well as the vineyard.
