SANGIOVANNI GEO Falerio/Pecorino DOP 2013

13° Grape: 85% Pecorino, 15% Trebbiano

Produced from vine varieties going back to medieval times. A straw-yellow hue tinged with green, and its delicate bouquet of white flowers makes it a favourite from the Marches. The characteristic acacia and jasmine aroma, laced with minerals, is complemented by a dry, bitter almond after taste. A crisp, clean mouth completes the finish.

The Sangiovanni estate is organic in the cellar as well as the vineyard.
