13° Grape: 50% ontepulciano/50% Sangiovese

A bouncy, juicy red reminiscent of spring and youth. With balanced acidity and full but delicate tannins it matches the ruby-violet colour in the glass. Fermented without fining in barrels to leave the fruit flavours intact: to the fore bouncy redcurrants, cherries and pomegranates.

Clean and racy with an harmonious and balanced finish. Extremely easy to digest thanks to its purity.

The Sangiovanni estate is organic in the cellar as well as the vineyard.
