11.5° Grape: 100% Barbera

Barbera as a white wine, and sparkling. What a surprise! Taking advantage of Barbera's natural acidity and fermented as a white wine, without the skin, this pale wine with shades of green is delicate and rich in fruit, contrasted by a high acidity which makes it fresh and youthful. Slightly fizzy, at 2,5 bars the grapes are lightly pressed and fermented at low temperature then proceed to a second fermentation in autoclave, making it an ideal drink for starters, and on its own. A high quality white, as one would expect of this versatile vine.
