A cloudy wine naturally re-fermented in bottle on naturally-occurring yeasts. The wine is aged on its yeasts over the winter for a year, then for a min. of four months in a high-altitude cellar 2000 metres high in the heart of the Dolomites. As the wine is not filtered or disgorged, its residual sugar is O. A delicate, floral nose with hints of citrus and dried apricot. Gentle bubles and fine fruit notes comples the finish on this tangy, dry wine.Crown capped.
