A fresh, tangy sparkler with a hint of sweetness. Traditional vinification, natural fermentation with sparkle obtained from fermentation in autoclave, no CO2 added. Clean, fresh, clear straw yellow colour, rich bouquet of white flowers and fruits, particularly elderflower & green apples. Creamy with good acidity and a hint of sweetness. Off-dry.
