A newly-created wine dedicated to the oenologist, Carlo Ferrini, from Donatella Cinelli Colombini's all-female winery.

He is the dragon among the 7 women of the estate. This is a powerful, elegant wine aimed at the cosmopolitan young.

Aged 18 months in small 5hl French barrels, and a year in bottle, it is a wine that ages well.
Fine, complex with a prevalence of spicy notes, muscular, with good structure, elegant tannins and depth of flavour.
