Antica Quercia, Prosecco Superiore Extra-Dry Ario DOCG - Veneto

11.5° Grape: 100% Pinot Grigio
This extra-dry Prosecco is straw-yellow shot through with golden highlights that rise and fall on the small, persistent beading. Soft-pressed, fined on its lees using the batonnage technique, then for a second fermentation using the Charmat process followed by a further contact with its yeasts, this process confers complexity and structure on the wine. Aromas replete with spring flowers and tropical fruit, and a tangy palate supported by good acidity, this is a subtle wine, with a long, persistent finish, the result of a longer-than-average maturation.
