Fasoli Gino, Soave Piave Vecchia DOC 2010 - Veneto

14.5° Grape: 100% Garganega

Great care has been taken in the making of this sumptuous Soave. The organic grapes were picked over three months, with one portion being laid out to dry for a period before pressing and fermenting in new French oak barrels. The resulting wine is deliciously soft yet quite full bodied, with almost aromatic nuances of apricot and almond being sliced through by refreshing citrussy acidity, and oaky vanilla notes add complexity to a long finish.
