Grown on volcanic soil , this restricted area produces a fresh peachy wine with hints of almond, crisp acidity, good minerality, with a surprisingly rich and long finish. This producer has worked traditionally for generations, in full respect of the environment, and have opted for spontaneous fermentation and minimal use of sulphites. The wine is fermented and kept to mature in tanks for a year before bottling. Unfiltered. They have opted for biodynamic processes since 2010.
